Clear about
your data.

MakeMorrow handles personal data with care. This statement explains what we process, why we do so, and which choices and rights you have.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Who is responsible?

MakeMorrow is the controller for the personal data described in this statement. MakeMorrow is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 82165734. For privacy questions, email hello@makemorrow.nl.

2. What data do we process?

Depending on your contact with us, we process your name, email address, company name, telephone number if you provide it, message and project preferences. If you become a client, this may include quotation, contract, invoice and payment data. Our hosting provider may also process limited technical data, such as IP address, browser type, visited page and timestamp, to secure and reliably operate the website.

3. Why and on what legal basis?

We use data to answer questions and enquiries, prepare quotations, perform agreements, keep business records, secure the website and improve our services. We rely on steps before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or our legitimate interest in secure and effective operations. We ask for consent before using marketing or non-essential analytics.

4. Who receives your data?

We do not sell your data. When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to our mailbox through our hosting platform and an email service provider; enquiries are not stored in a separate database on the website. Beyond that, we only share data with service providers needed for hosting, email, administration and IT management, or when required by law. Where necessary, we enter into data-processing agreements. For processing outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards such as European Commission-approved standard contractual clauses.

5. How long do we retain data?

General enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless they lead to an assignment or longer retention is needed for a dispute. Project and client communications are retained for the duration of the agreement and up to 2 years afterwards. Data forming part of our tax records is generally retained for 7 years as required by Dutch law.

6. Cookies and local storage

The website currently uses no tracking cookies. We only use local browser storage to remember that you have read the cookie notice. The key makemorrow-cookie-consent contains this status and the time it was saved. You can reopen the notice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Non-essential analytics or marketing technology will only be activated after consent.

7. Your privacy rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may also object or withdraw consent. Email your request to hello@makemorrow.nl. We normally respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

8. Security and updates

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data. No online transmission is completely risk-free. If our services, suppliers or applicable law change, we may update this statement. The latest version will always be available on this page.
